• Solving customers' problems

• Offering customers all options available when servicing their vehicles
• Customer retention program
• Uphold store cleanliness standards
• Operate Windows based POS
• Responsible for assigning and directing work flow

• High personal ethics, good written and verbal communication skills, quick learner, desire to excel every day, belief in exceptional customer service standards.
